A real piece of Leipzig's urban development emerged here on the Hainstraße, directly opposite the new main entrance of the shopping center "Höfe am Brühl". At the last real retail construction gap of the Leipzig pedestrian precincts, we developed a significant new retail focus. Contemporary architecture, combined with an efficient professional mix of different store sizes, offers attractive retail space to national and international chain stores.
